This 2023 Federal Aviation Administration preliminary operations report covers UAP activity near Little Rock, Arkansas, on August 25, 2023 at 3:50 a.m. CDT. Memphis ARTCC said the crew of Berry 651, an E120 flying from El Paso to Louisville, reported dim to bright white lights moving in circles and up and down patterns. The aircraft was eastbound at FL270 at the time. JBU358 reported a similar sighting. No evasive action was taken and law enforcement was not notified.
