This 2023 Federal Aviation Administration record, from the Department of Transportation, logs preliminary information from FAA operations about UFO/UAP activity reported on August 17, 2023, at 0115 Central time. Memphis ARTCC said the pilot of N414CY, a Cessna C208, reported multiple colored lights flying between Birmingham and Huntsville, Alabama. Birmingham tower also reported that it could see the lights. The record gives no altitude and notes that law enforcement was not notified.
