This 2023 Federal Aviation Administration record is a preliminary FAA operations report on UFO/UAP activity near Seattle, Washington on July 15, 2023 at 12:30 PM PDT. Seattle TRACON advised that Jazz 653, a Canadian-registered De Havilland DH8D flying from Portland to Vancouver, reported a stationary UAP at FL200 to FL220 10 miles north-northwest of Seattle. The crew later reported the same UAP moving northbound 13 miles east-northeast of Seattle. No evasive action and no law enforcement notification were reported.
