This Federal Aviation Administration record from 2023 is a preliminary FAA operations report on UFO/UAP activity dated May 29, 2023. According to the report, Miami ARTCC said the crew of FedEx 64, an MD11 flying from San Juan to Memphis, saw an unidentified aerial phenomenon. It appeared as triangle lights that brightened and dimmed at the 2 o'clock position while the aircraft flew northeast at FL400 in oceanic airspace. No evasive action was taken, law enforcement was not notified, and CMP64 reported a similar sighting.
