This 2023 Federal Aviation Administration record, from the Department of Transportation, logs preliminary information from FAA operations about a UAP report near San Antonio, Texas, on May 17, 2023 at 0215 local time. Houston ARTCC advised that Aeromexico flight 692, a B38M flying from Mexico City to Toronto, reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon showing three white lights at its 12 o'clock position. The flight was westbound at FL350, 5 miles north of San Antonio. No evasive action was taken and no law enforcement notification was made.
