This Federal Aviation Administration preliminary operations report covers UFO/UAP activity on April 19, 2023, at 12:55 AM CDT near Texarkana, Arkansas. Memphis ARTCC advised that Berry Aviation flight 584, an E120 flying from HYI to LAF, reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon while northeast bound at FL270, 40 miles north of Texarkana. The phenomenon was two glowing, pulsing orbs that quickly disappeared. No evasive action was taken, and law enforcement notification was not reported.
