This Federal Aviation Administration record, dated April 10, 2023, is a preliminary operations report of UFO-UAP activity near East Hampton, New York. It states that New York ARTCC was told the crew of Sunwing flight 383, a Boeing 737 flying from Holguin, Cuba to Halifax, Canada, saw red and white lights orbiting at FL370. The aircraft was flying northeast at FL350 about 46 miles southeast of the Hampton VORTAC at the time.
