This Federal Aviation Administration record, part of the Department of Transportation's 2023 releases, is a preliminary operations report of UFO/UAP activity dated April 10, 2023. According to the report, New York ARTCC said the crew of Air Transat 611, an A321 flying from Punta Cana to Quebec City, saw red and white lights orbiting at FL370. The aircraft was heading northeast at FL350, 46 miles southeast of the Hampton VORTAC near East Hampton, New York. The report gives no conclusion.
