This Federal Aviation Administration preliminary operations report, dated March 10, 2023, describes an unidentified aerial phenomenon (UAP) reported near Nantucket, Massachusetts. Boston ARTCC said the crew of Omni Air International flight 573, a Boeing 777 flying northeast at FL330 to Shannon, Ireland, saw stationary pulsating lights at their 12 o'clock position about 70 miles northeast of Nantucket. The crew took no evasive action. The report notes no impact to the National Airspace System and no law enforcement notification.
