This Federal Aviation Administration preliminary operations report, released by the Department of Transportation in 2023, covers UFO/UAP activity near Chicago, Illinois, on March 1, 2023 at 1930 local time. Chicago Air Route Traffic Control Center advised that Royal Jordanian flight 264, a Boeing 787 flying from O'Hare to Amman, reported two bright white lights while northbound at flight level 180, 25 miles north of ORD. The report says no evasive action was taken and no law enforcement notification was reported.
