This Federal Aviation Administration record, released in 2023, is a preliminary FAA operations report of UFO/UAP activity on February 27, 2023. Miami ARTCC advised that the crew of N4200K, a Cessna C560 flying from OPF to HOU, reported a very bright light passing off the left wing. They estimated it at 10,000 feet above the aircraft, which was westbound at FL400 about 63 miles west of the La Belle VORTAC in Florida. Multiple aircraft reported the same incident, no evasive action was reported, and law enforcement was not notified.
