This Federal Aviation Administration record, part of a 2023 release, is a preliminary FAA operations report on UFO/UAP activity near Provo, Utah, at 3:40 a.m. MST on February 22, 2023. Provo tower passed on a report from the crew of UPS 598, a Boeing 757 flying from Ontario to Billings. The crew said they saw afterburners above them moving sideways in all directions, though not circling. Air traffic control did not see the event on radar, and the report gives no further information.
