This Federal Aviation Administration record, filed in 2023, is a preliminary FAA operations report of UFO/UAP activity near the Brownlee Reservoir in Idaho on February 21, 2023. The crew of Delta 1156, an A319 flying from Salt Lake City to Vancouver, reported two to four lights moving at high speed in a triangular pattern ahead of the aircraft and about 15 to 20 degrees above the horizon. The lights also formed a line, and one grew very bright and then disappeared.
