This Federal Aviation Administration record is a preliminary report from FAA operations. It covers UFO/UAP activity on February 11, 2023, at 0335 Central time, near Sioux Falls, South Dakota. According to the Minneapolis ARTCC, the crew of United 1786 reported lights "coming and going" at the same altitude or higher. The flight was a Boeing 737 MAX 9 going from Los Angeles to Cleveland, heading east between FL350 and FL370 about 25 miles south of Sioux Falls. Law enforcement was not notified.
