This Federal Aviation Administration preliminary report from the Department of Transportation covers UFO/UAP activity at 3:30 a.m. CST on February 11, 2023, near Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Minneapolis ARTCC advised that the crew of Air Canada Rouge flight 1704, an A321 flying east from Las Vegas to Toronto, saw lights at the 12 o'clock position. The lights were at the same altitude or higher while the flight was between FL350 and FL370, 25 miles south of FSD. Law enforcement was not notified.
