This Federal Aviation Administration record from the Department of Transportation is a preliminary FAA operations report on UFO-UAP activity near Iowa City, Iowa, at 3:05 a.m. CST on February 11, 2023. Chicago ARTCC advised that Spirit 656, an A20N flying eastbound from LAX to Pittsburgh at FL370, reported lights circling off its left side at the same altitude or higher. The report notes that similar phenomena reported the previous week were determined to be a chain of satellites. Law enforcement was not notified.
