This Federal Aviation Administration record, dated February 10, 2023, is a preliminary FAA operations report of UFO/UAP activity near Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. It says New York ARTCC advised that UPS flight 1052, a B752 flying from MHT to BGR, reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon with bright lights at the 12 o'clock position at 0345 Eastern. The aircraft was northeast bound at FL370. No evasive action was taken and no law enforcement notification was reported.
