This 2023 Federal Aviation Administration record is a preliminary report from FAA operations about unidentified aerial phenomenon activity near Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, at 3:30 a.m. EST on February 10, 2023. New York ARTCC advised that UPS flight 1016, a B763 flying from SDF to BOS, reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon with bright lights at its 12 o'clock position.
