This is a Federal Aviation Administration preliminary operations report from 2023 about UFO/UAP activity on February 5, 2023, near Jackson, Mississippi. Memphis ARTCC said the crew of Delta 395, a B763 flying from LAX to ATL, reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon at the 12 o'clock position while eastbound at FL350, 35 miles west-northwest of JAN. The crew saw about 10 lights at high altitude moving in multiple directions for 5 to 10 seconds before they faded out. The crew took no evasive action.
