This Federal Aviation Administration preliminary operations report covers UFO/UAP activity on February 3, 2023, near Kansas City, Missouri. Kansas City ARTCC advised that Southwest flight 2520, a Boeing 737 flying from St. Louis to Phoenix, reported multi-colored flashing lights at its 12 o'clock position. At the time the flight was westbound at FL380, 36 miles south of Kansas City International. No evasive action was taken and no law enforcement notification was reported.
