This Federal Aviation Administration preliminary report comes from the Department of Transportation and is dated February 1, 2023. It records a UAP report from American Airlines flight 2399, an A21N flying from Las Vegas to Charlotte. The crew said they saw red, green and white lights moving in formation and changing color and brightness on the left side of the aircraft. The flight was eastbound at FL350, 10 miles west of Nashville. No evasive action was taken, and the Bowling Green police department was notified.
