This Federal Aviation Administration record, released in 2023, is a preliminary FAA operations report dated January 14, 2023. It says Delta flight 726, an A330 flying east from Kahului to Atlanta at 39,000 feet, reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon above the aircraft at the 11 o'clock position over the Razorback VORTAC near Fayetteville, Arkansas. The pilot said the UAP looked like two aircraft with red and white lights at a very high altitude.
