This Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch Incident Report comes from the Department of Transportation and was released in 2023. It covers a sighting reported through Jacksonville Center (ZJX) on April 8, 2024. The crew of Spirit flight NKS2321, an A320 flying from Orlando to Newark, reported five white lights. The crew said the lights were stationary above the aircraft while it flew northeast at FL260, 10 NM north of ORL. ATC radar did not detect the phenomenon, and the report is marked closed.
