This Federal Aviation Administration record, part of a 2023 Department of Transportation release, is a closed unidentified aerial phenomenon report logged by Jacksonville Center (ZJX) on 24 February 2024. It covers a general aviation Gulfstream GLF5, N5430G, flying from MBPV to Newark (EWR). The crew was heading north at FL450, 140 NM south of Wilmington (ILM), when they reported two white lights at 12 o'clock that seemed stationary at about FL490. ATC radar did not detect the phenomenon.
