This Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report, released in 2023 as part of the Department of Transportation's UAP records, covers an event dated February 17, 2024. It was filed by Fort Worth Center (ZFW) and involves United Airlines flight UAL2484, a Boeing 737 flying from Phoenix to Newark. From 0950 to 1008, several eastbound pilots at FL350 to FL370 reported one to five white lights near the RZC VOR. The lights varied in brightness, moved vertically and horizontally, and appeared and vanished quickly. The report notes that Starlink has these characteristics, and its status is closed.

It appeared that there were 1-5 white lights with different brightness moving vertically and horizontally. It would appear and disappear quickly. All the aircraft that reported this were traveling east bound on a heading of about a 070-090 and altitudes between FL350-FL370. Starlink does have these characteristics.
