This Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report, released in 2023 with the collection, records an unidentified aerial phenomenon reported on January 27, 2024 by commercial flight RPA4809, an E75S flying from JFK to Pittsburgh. The crew said they saw two lights off the right side at FL200, 40 NM west of PSB. The lights turned from white to red, moved fast and seemed to chase each other above the aircraft. ATC facility radar did not detect the phenomenon, and the report is marked closed.
