This Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch Incident Report, filed by the Kansas City center (ZKC), covers an unidentified aerial phenomenon on December 23, 2023. The crew of United Airlines flight UAL1605, an A320 flying from LAX to BWI, reported lights off the left side while eastbound at FL350, 80 NM west of SPI. They said the lights moved erratically in random directions. ATC facility radar did not show the phenomenon, and the report is marked closed.
