This is a Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch Incident Report dated December 15, 2023, filed through Memphis Center (ZME) and now closed. It says a southbound general aviation HondaJet, callsign N90CW, was at FL380 on a flight from JWN to MOB. The pilot reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon ahead, about 25 NM south of MSL. It was two objects moving side to side with no apparent direction at about FL410 to FL580. The UAP did not appear on ATC facility radar.
