This is a Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report dated November 22, 2023, filed by Miami Center (ZMA) and marked closed. It records that FedEx flight FDX3184, a Boeing 767 flying from JPX to FLL, reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon off its left side at 14,000 feet, 36 nautical miles east of RSW. The phenomenon appeared as three lights, first vertical and then horizontal. It was not seen on ATC radar, and a Learjet 60, N516WP, agreed with the report.

The unknown phenomenon was 3 lights vertical then horizontal at 14,000 feet. The UAP was not observed on ATC facility radar system. Also N516WP LJ60 PTK - FXE concurred with the report.
