This Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report records an unidentified aerial phenomenon reported at 01:18 on November 19, 2023. The crew of commercial flight FFT4139, an A20N flying northeast at FL350 from San Juan to Cleveland, reported 2 to 5 lights off the left side moving up and down, then left and right, above the horizon. The pilot could not determine their distance or altitude. The phenomenon was not seen on ATC radar, and the report is marked closed with no impact to ATC services.
