This Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report covers an unidentified aerial phenomenon reported on October 5, 2023, through the Boston facility (ZBW). A commercial GLF5 aircraft, callsign JNY58, was flying at FL450 from MMU to ABE. The crew reported four to five lights at the 11 to 12 o'clock position, 5,000 to 10,000 feet above the aircraft, and one light about 1,000 feet below. The lights were bright, blinked, and seemed to change direction and speed. The crew took no evasive action, and the report is closed.
