This Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report, filed by the Denver facility (ZDV), records a sighting on October 4, 2023. United Airlines flight UAL476, a Boeing 737-900 flying from San Francisco to Chicago O'Hare, reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon off its left side at FL350, 42 nautical miles northeast of BFF.
