This Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch Incident Report, coded as an unidentified aerial phenomenon, was filed by Jacksonville Center (ZJX) on August 4, 2023. It concerns Spirit flight NKS348, an A319 flying from Tampa to Atlantic City. Several aircraft reported bright white flashing lights making rapid maneuvers, including circles and altitude changes, at about 33,000 to 41,000 feet. The lights were seen around Jacksonville, Florida and up to 150 nautical miles east over the ocean. The report is marked closed.

The objects are reported as "difficult to identify" and operating from approximately 33,000 to 41,000 feet. The unknown phenomenon was bright white flashing lights traveling in circles at various altitudes. EJA631 and AJT523 also reported these UAPs.
