This 2023 Skywatch Incident Report from the Federal Aviation Administration covers an unidentified aerial phenomenon reported on April 17, 2023. Flight FFT1164, an A321 flying from Orlando to Philadelphia, was headed northeast at 35,000 feet directly over Mackall Army Airfield. Its crew reported flashing lights on the left side moving southeast at about the same altitude. Washington Center (ZDC) received intermittent primary radar targets and contacted a UFO reporting center. The report is marked closed.
