This 2023 Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report, from the Department of Transportation, covers an unidentified aerial phenomenon reported on 11 February 2023. The pilot of commercial flight NKS656, an A20N flying from LAX to Pittsburgh, reported something off the left side while eastbound at FL370 over Iowa City. The object was described as an aircraft circling at or above their altitude, appearing and disappearing. AMOC noted that a similar report the week before had turned out to be a train of satellites. The report is marked closed.
