This FAA Skywatch incident report, released by the Department of Transportation's Federal Aviation Administration, covers an unidentified aerial phenomenon reported on 11 February 2023. The Minneapolis center (ZMP) logged it from commercial flight ROU1704, an A321 flying from Las Vegas to Toronto. The crew was eastbound at FL350, 25 nautical miles south of FSD, when they reported lights ahead that came and went at or above their altitude. The report is marked closed and notes that TY was notified.
