This Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch Incident Report, filed by the Minneapolis center (ZMP), records an unidentified aerial phenomenon report from 11 February 2023. The crew of United Airlines flight UAL2059, a Boeing 777 flying from San Francisco to Newark, reported the phenomenon at their 12 o'clock while eastbound at FL350, 25 nautical miles south of FSD. The crew described lights coming and going at or above their altitude. The report is marked closed.
