This is a Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report, closed, about an unidentified aerial phenomenon reported on January 29, 2023. The crew of American Airlines flight AAL2547, an A321 flying from Phoenix to Charlotte at FL370, reported two or three sets of objects moving right to left and left to right, possibly over ARG. The crew said they looked like a star turning on and off every minute or so. The report notes that other aircraft reported the incident too and that an MOR was filed.

AAL2547 was at FL370 eastbound and described the objects as "looking like a star turning on and off every minute or so". The location was too far away to confirm location over ARG. Altitude was unknown but they were above NKS2252 at FL390. Multiple aircraft could be heard reporting the incident on other frequencies. AWO notified. MOR: ZME-M-2023/01/29-0003.
