This 2023 Federal Aviation Administration release is a closed Skywatch incident report about an unidentified aerial phenomenon on December 17, 2022, at 20:55. It was filed through Cleveland Center (ZOB). The crew of Republic Airways flight RPA3455, an E75L flying from Chicago O'Hare to Rochester, reported a small circular object with flashing white lights about 10 feet off the nose. The aircraft was eastbound at FL330. The object departed below and to the right, no evasive maneuvers were made and law enforcement was not notified.
