This is a Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report released in 2023 and filed by Kansas City Center (ZKC) about an unidentified aerial phenomenon on September 27, 2022. The crew of a general aviation Gulfstream IV, callsign N127RR, flying from Portland to Oklahoma City, reported a sea of dim, flashing white lights below them. The crew was southeast bound at FL350, 50 NM west-northwest of LBL, and watched the lights for over 100 NM. No evasive action was reported, and the case is closed.
