This Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report, released in 2023, covers an unidentified aerial phenomenon reported at 05:40 on August 14, 2022. The crew of a general aviation GLEX aircraft, callsign N728HG, flying from EGGW to FLL, reported the phenomenon off their left side. They were southwest bound at FL450, 195 nautical miles south of ILM. They described it as three lights in a row, above them in a geosynchronous orbit. The report, filed through ZJX, is marked closed.
