This is a Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report, filed as a 2023 release, about an unidentified aerial phenomenon seen on August 6, 2022 at 03:35. The crew of NKS539, a commercial A320 flying from San Juan to Tampa, reported three stationary lights above the horizon, switching on and off, off the aircraft's right side. They were northwest bound at FL360, 115 NM southeast of ZQA. The reporting facility was ZMA, the UFO reporting center was notified, and the report is closed.
