This Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch Incident Report covers an unidentified aerial phenomenon on March 29, 2022. It was reported through Seattle Center (ZSE). Two commercial aircraft saw the phenomenon off their left side while northbound near Eugene, Oregon: SkyWest flight SKW3944, an E75L flying from Medford to Seattle at FL300, and QXE2452 at FL240. NORAD's FAA liaison consulted METOC, MSD and the CSPOC. They concluded the object was probably space debris, and the report is closed.

HQ DEN contacted the NORAD FAA ATSCS who conferred with METOC, MSD and the CSPOC, concluded that the unknown phenomenon given the pilots description was probably space debris. JH notified.
