This is a Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report, released in 2023 as file 237UAP00082, for an event at 00:39 on March 10, 2022, filed by reporting facility ZDC. A general aviation H25B, callsign N499PA, was flying from TEB to PDK. The crew said they saw a possible UFO, a line of stationary strobe lights far above the aircraft, while heading southwest at FL400 about 10 miles north of LYH. The lights turned off a few seconds later, and the report is marked closed.
