This is a Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch incident report, released in 2023, that records an unidentified aerial phenomenon on August 29, 2021. Salt Lake Center (ZLC) reported it, and the report is now closed. The pilot of general aviation aircraft N140BF, flying southeast at 11,500 feet about 33 nautical miles east of FFU, saw a jet pack with red and green lights off the left side. The pilot turned south to avoid it.
