This Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch Incident Report, released in 2023 by the Department of Transportation, documents an unidentified aerial phenomenon reported on June 20, 2021. A commercial C56X aircraft, callsign SLH4, flying from LNK to EWR, reported the phenomenon while heading east-northeast at FL430 over ACO. The flight crew did not describe the object, which was traveling in an unknown direction at about the same altitude. The report is marked closed, and no law enforcement notification was reported.
