This Federal Aviation Administration record, released in 2023 under the number 237UAP00019, is an incident log entry dated August 10, 2014. It says the pilot of SkyWest flight SKW2393, a CRJ2 flying from PSC and diverted to FAR, reported a UFO contrail and something shiny at FL330 while assigned FL320. The Salt Lake City center (ZLC) took the report. The entry says HQ DEN equipment showed no traffic in the reported area, and the pilot was given contact information for the National UFO Reporting Center.
