This is a Federal Aviation Administration Skywatch Incident Report released in 2023. It records an event on January 13, 2012. Washington Center (ZDC) reported that two aircraft at flight level 400, flight FIV546 (a Cessna Citation flying from Palm Beach to White Plains) and WJA2668, saw a UFO about ten miles south of Elizabeth City, North Carolina, while both were flying south. No radar tracks or other known aircraft were seen in the area. Patuxent (PXT) Approach and Giant Killer reported no aircraft leaving the warning area, and the report is marked closed.
