It proposes updating the NRC's flyover reporting guidance for licensees so that it covers Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena. It cites the FY-2023 National Defense Authorization Act, which requires the NRC to report UAP incidents at facilities it regulates, and notes that NSIR sent AARO a response in June 2023. The presentation recommends asking AARO for guidance, writing UAP reporting guidance for licensees and issuing a Security Advisory.
