This undated biography, a resume of David C. Grusch, comes from the U.S. House Committee Repository. It lists his active TOP SECRET//SCI clearance, his education and his professional certifications. It also covers his career as a U.S. Air Force intelligence officer, as a DoD-contracted technical advisor, and at the NRO and the NGA, where he was the lead for Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena and Trans-Medium issues. Since May 2023 he has been Chief Operating Officer of The Sol Foundation.

Graduated with 94% academic test score average. Provided intelligence analysis and crafted realistic training scenarios for a worldwide-deployable ground-based offensive and defensive space control mission. Led timely, accurate, relevant and predictive analysis and training to execute strategic missile warning and ground- based space situational awareness (SSA) operations worldwide.
